Urgent announcement on Recent orders Delivery Time

To all our customers.

First of all, we sincerely apologies for the recent delay in shipping times.

We had received an urgent update from our warehouse and shipping partners in China that the majority of the logistics and factories were restrained from resuming operation, all order processing, and orders fulfilling can only resume after Feb 17th.

Concurrently we are still finding alternative ways to ship out your product from an alternative source.

Our warehouse in China is located far from the affected area and our inventory has been completely isolated from human contact. Our warehouses are taking all the necessary precautions to prevent any direct human contact during the fulfilment process. Furthermore, the virus cannot survive outside of the human body for more than a few hours so there is no chance of it reaching you.

For your reference, the World Health Organization has announced that "People receiving packages from China are not at risk of contracting the new coronavirus. From the previous analysis, we know coronaviruses do not survive long on objects, such as letters or packages."
